Our insurance program offers a specific policy wording tailored and aligned to the industry with superior cover, reduced government charges and varying excesses. We can also package together other insurance options including Home and Contents, Marine and Hire Boats, all of which are underwritten by Lumley Insurance.
Risk Management is high on our priority list and part of our service is undertaking risk management surveys on every park we insure. By endeavouring to minimise potential losses, competitive rates can be maintained without jeopardising policy definitions and benefits. Our rating structure varies depending on the degree of self-risk management in place and automatic discounts apply to industry based certification and OH&S accreditation. Discounts are also applied for excellent claims history, association and industry Group memberships.
Due to the varied discounts and unique rating structure, we require a Proposal to be completed for each application. This enables us to confirm an accurate quote that best meets the individual needs of each site operator.
