Lodging a new claim with Lumley Insurance is as easy as:

1. emailing us on the contact e-mail addresses below
2. calling us on
1300 LUMLEY (1300 586 539)
3. registering a claim via my.place@Lumley

After one of these steps, a dedicated Lumley Insurance claims specialists will be able to support you through our claims process.

Emailing our claims teams

Emailing our claims team allows you to send us a new claim lodgement or request information in relation to an existing claim, at your own convenience.

For all existing claims, simply place the claim number in the subject field of an email (e.g. SYMOBR123456), and this will automatically direct your e-mail to the claims specialist handling your claim.

Calling 1300 LUMLEY allows you to lodge a new claim over the phone, or to speak with one of our claims specialists about an existing claim.

Lumley Portal

Our Lumley Portal allows you to lodge a new claim, and follow an existing claim's progress. You can also:

  • select motor repairers from our partnered repair network
  • access claims information
  • view claims payments
  • set alerts
  • send notes to the claims specialists handling your claim.
