We couldn’t do this without you and while it is now progressing well, we appreciate your patience as we continue to refine our claims offering. I also wanted to provide you with an update as to where we are at: Our new structure means that our claims function operates on a truly national basis; with enhanced hours of operation for claims lodgement and a dedicated national team, we can now provide greater service consistency and expertise. Our new structure also leverages the success of our Liability Claims Centre and Heavy Motor and Mobile Plant Claims Centre and extends this concept to our core portfolios of Motor, Commercial Property and Personal Lines. Broker feedback has been clear - you want a consistent and prompt claims service and this model provides the structure that will ensure Lumley Claims Administrators are dedicated to specific product types. This will in turn deliver increased expertise and greater consistency in claims outcomes and interpretations. By utilising our my.place@Lumley portal you will have 24/7 access to all of your claims information. If you don't already access to the my.place portal, please talk to your BRM who will arrange a demonstration and training for you and/or your staff. While we continue to resolve the initial teething issues, we are confident that going forward this new claims operating model will offer you the highest level of customer service when it comes to supporting you through the claims process.
