Jurgen Rammesmayer – General Manager
Jurgen has overall responsibility for setting and implementing the strategic, financial and operational objectives of the Lumley Finance business.
Jurgen has worked in a number of countries across a broad range of industries. His experience over the past 10 years has been in providing commercial financing and other banking services to small and medium business customers. Prior to his current role with Lumley Finance, Jurgen held senior positions in Equitable Australia, a commercial mortgage fund manager, HSBC a global bank and Sappi, a multinational pulp and paper company.
Neville Ford – General Manager Corporate Development / Director
Neville has been with Lumley Finance for 15 years, and leads the sales team to meet the financial and non-financial business objectives by setting and implementing the business strategy. Prior to this Neville has held roles including: State Manager SH Lock (Prem Funding), Broker Manager Sun Alliance, Broker Hannan & Co, State Manager Associated National Ins Co.
Christopher Warby – State Manager, Victoria / Tas
Chris has been employed in the premium funding industry for the last 12 years. Prior to this Chris spent 15 years in the insurance industry gaining extensive product knowledge, particularly in the workers compensation area. This experience makes Chris a valuable member of the team.
Natasha Gale – State Manager, New South Wales / ACT
Natasha commenced her career in the premium funding industry in 2000. Prior to this, Natasha gained valuable experience in consumer & commercial lending whilst working in the banking industry. Natasha offers market, product knowledge and expertise across lending, marketing and sales.
Rick Kelly – State Manager Western Australia
Prior to entering the premium funding industry Rick had over 12 years experience in the insurance industry, primarily in sales focussed roles. Since making the move to premium funding 10 years ago he has continued his sales focus with Hunter Premium Funding. Working in VIC, NSW, WA as well as some work in the SA market. Rick brings vast sales experience & a strong customer focus to Lumley Finance from a number of differing markets throughout Australia.
Jane Scarborough – Marketing Manager, South Australia
Jane has been employed in the insurance funding industry for the last 4 years, bringing knowledge from previous insurance development roles. Jane provides a strong commitment to excellence in service for her brokers and the needs of their clients.
Lisa Ryder – Marketing Manager, Queensland
Lisa started out with Mercantile Mutual in 1991 and held a BDM role along with various Management roles. She was employed there for 9 years then worked with an insurance broker for 12 months before starting with Lumley in March 2001. She started at Lumley as a BDM on the general insurance side in March 2001 and then transferred to LFL in 2005. In total she has 18 years experience in the business ie 12 years of general insurance experience and 6 years premium funding experience.
