How do I connect to Lumley Online if I am already connected to Sunrise® Exchange?
If you are already connected to Sunrise Exchange please contact your local Lumley Online contact, who will authorise Telstra eBusiness Services to set up your access to the Lumley Online products.

How do I connect to Lumley Online if I am NOT conencted to Sunrise® Exchange?
If you are not connected to Sunrise Exchange, please contact Telstra eBusiness Services, to take you through the connection process and give you access to the Lumley Online products.

Will business automatically close or do I have to manually close?
The system will automatically close your business once bound.
Are the Authority Numbers to be entered?
If a Lumley Underwriter accepts the new business and once you are notified of the acceptance, there is no need for an Authority Number.
Do I have to enter an "Interested Party" at Full quote stage?
No. However if all information is entered at "Full Quote" stage then no further information needs to be entered when converting to new business.
Can NSW Domestic Workers Compensation be included?
Yes there is an option to select Domestic Workers Compensation for risks located in NSW.
What is the best way to process a Rental Property?
Lumley will be releasing a Landlords product via Sunrise in the 2nd Quarter of 2007.
